Asst Manager/ Deputy Manager Procurement
Qualifications:
* Minimum Work Experience (in procurement) – 5 Years
* Maximum Work experience (in procurement) – 9 Years
* Qualification – Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Job Descriptions:
* Develop, together with user department, the contracting strategy for the project.
* Develop the bid package for each tender or other procurement scheme to be issued.
* Processing the tender process from bid development, including preparation of Tender/Bid Plan, Contract Requisition Plan.
* Tender / contract preparation and assist end user to develop business case before they get approval from bid committee.
* Tender Evaluation.
* Negotiation with contractor/Supplier to get best deal value in value for money.
* Contract Documentation.
* Dispute resolution.
* Responsible for purchasing all stock items and direct requisitions from user for materials or equipments.
* Liaise with Technical Specialist or User during the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.
* To source major materials/equipments according to defined specification with competitive quality, cost, delivery time.
* Maintain current market knowledge on product availability and have the ability to source alternative products/materials
