B. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS TINGKAT SARJANA
  1. Pendidikan S1
  2. IPK minimal 2,60 (untuk jurusan dengan akreditasi A), 2,80 (akreditasi B), dan 3,00 (akreditasi C).
  3. Usia maksimal 27 tahun.
  4. Untuk jurusan Teknik Kimia, Teknik Elektronika, Teknik Elektro/Listrik : Tidak buta warna (total atau parsial).
  5. Nilai TOEFL / TOEFL Prediction minimal 450. (Sertifikat dikeluarkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa / UPT Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, maksimal masa berlaku : 1 tahun).
  6. Karena sifat pekerjaannya, untuk jurusan Teknik Kimia dan Ilmu Komputer/Teknik Informatika/Teknik Komputer diutamakan Laki-laki.
  7. Untuk jurusan Psikologi, diutamakan Laki-laki.

III. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN
Persiapan Sebelum Mengajukan Lamaran
  1. Proses awal registrasi lamaran melalui situs ITB Career Center merupakan tahapan paling krusial. Proses ini dilakukan sepenuhnya oleh pelamar. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan.
  2. Untuk menghemat waktu akses, sebelum mengisi formulir lamaran ini pastikan bahwa Anda telah menyiapkan data-data yaitu :
    • Nomor Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP).
    • Surat elektronik (e-mail) pribadi yang masih aktif yang biasa dan selalu Anda akses secara berkala.
    • Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) transkrip nilai pendidikan terakhir.
    • Nilai TOEFL maksimal 1 tahun terakhir.
  3. Usahakan untuk mengakses internet tidak pada jam sibuk atau pada tempat umum (warnet / wi-fi) yang kecepatan aksesnya tidak Anda ketahui.
  4. Bacalah terlebih dahulu seluruh persyaratan yang diperlukan sebelum menentukan tingkat dan bidang pendidikan yang mana yang akan Anda lamar.

Registrasi Online
  1. Siapkan seluruh data yang diperlukan.
  2. Lamaran hanya melalui registrasi online melalui situs http://www.pdc.itb.ac.id.
  3. Cari tingkat dan bidang pendidikan yang akan Anda lamar dan isilah formulir yang disediakan.
  4. Saat pengisian pastikan untuk mengisi formulir dengan benar dan lengkap sesuai petunjuk tertulis. Kesalahan pengisian sehingga terjadi ketidaksesuaian dengan berkas lamaran yang akan dikirim melalui pos mengakibatkan ketidaklulusan pada tahap I (verifikasi administrasi).
  5. Setelah mengisi formulir aplikasi dan mengirimkannya secara online, pelamar akan mendapat konfirmasi melalui email. Konfirmasi tersebut berisi nomor registrasi yang akan digunakan untuk mengirimkan dokumen. Anda tidak dapat menerima e-mail registrasi apabila alamat e-mail yang anda input salah dan atau sudah tidak aktif, sehingga Anda tidak bisa log-in untuk pengumuman selanjutnya. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan pelamar dalam memasukkan alamat e-mail.
  6. Pelamar hanya diperkenankan untuk melamar untuk satu posisi saja. Untuk itu pastikan Anda telah memilih tingkat dan bidang pendidikan yang sesuai, serta menuliskan semua data dengan benar, sebelum menekan tombol KIRIM.
  7. Pelamar wajib mengisi aplikasi dengan data/informasi yang sebenar-benarnya karena data ini yang akan diklarifikasi saat pelaksanaan verifikasi dokumen.
  8. Masa registrasi online adalah 1 – 3 April 2011. Batas akhir registrasi adalah tanggal 3 April 2011 pukul 24.00 WIB.
  9. Aplikasi yang masuk setelah batas akhir registrasi dan/atau tidak melamar secara online, dianggap tidak berlaku.

Pengiriman Dokumen
  1. Setelah melakukan registrasi online, Anda akan menerima notifikasi melalui email. Segera persiapkan dokumen-dokumen yaitu :
    • Fotokopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai sesuai dengan persyaratan pendidikan yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat berwenang. Surat tanda kelulusan TIDAK BERLAKU.
    • Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku.
    • Pasfoto berwarna ukuran 3x4 sebanyak 2 lembar.
    • Sertifikat TOEFL institusional / TOEFL prediction ASLI.
  2. Kirimkan dokumen-dokumen yang diminta dan masukkan ke dalam amplop coklat. Tuliskan nomor registrasi Anda di pojok kanan atas amplop.
  3. Kirimkan dokumen ke alamat :ITB Career Center

  4. Masa penerimaan dokumen dari tanggal 1 – 11 April 2011 (batas akhir diterima oleh ITB Career Center). Namun usahakan untuk mengirimkan dokumen yang diminta sesegera mungkin setelah Anda menerima notifikasi email dan mendapat nomor registrasi.
  5. Apabila data yang dimasukkan pada registrasi online tidak sesuai dengan data dokumen yang dikirim, maka pelamar dianggap gugur dalam seleksi administrasi.
  6. Dokumen yang masuk setelah tanggal 11 April 2011 tidak akan diproses dan peserta tidak berhak mengikuti proses berikutnya.

  • Pengumuman pelamar dipanggil untuk Seleksi Tahap I : 14 April 2011

II. Pelaksanaan Seleksi
  • Seleksi Tahap I : 17 April 2011
  • Yaitu Tes Kemampuan Umum dan Kompetensi (S1 & D3), berisi soal-soal Pengetahuan Kejuruan sesuai bidang keahlian yang dilamar.
  • Pengumuman Seleksi Tahap I (hanya S1) : 17 April 2011
  • Tes TPA (untuk S1) : 18 April 2011
  • Pengumuman Hasil Tes TPA (untuk S1) dan Hasil Tes : 21 April 2011

Tahap I (untuk D3)
  • Psikotes klasikal : 24 – 25 April 2011
  • Psikotes individual : 25 – 29 April 2011
  • Pengumuman Hasil Psikotes : 5 Mei 2011
  • Wawancara User dan Tes Kesehatan : 10 – 13 Mei 2011

III. Hasil Final
  • Pengumuman akhir : Antara tanggal 23 – 27 Mei 2011
  • Registrasi ulang : 30 – 31 Mei 2011

  3. Proses seleksi PT Pusri Palembang hanya dilakukan sesuai dengan jalur yang telah diinformasikan secara resmi melalui dua situs tersebut, dan perusahaan tidak bertanggung jawab atas tindakan-tindakan di luar proses seleksi yang telah ditetapkan.
  4. Rekrutmen PT Pusri Palembang selalu berlandaskan prinsip Good Corporate Governance dan berlangsung secara objektif, fair, akuntabel, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

This covers everything from office stationery to the stock in our convenience stores and the equipment to construct and operate an oil rig.     BP spends around $40 billion on non-hydrocarbon goods and services each year so managing this spend effectively is core to the company’s success.

    Geoscience

    Geoscience is one of the core skills that are widely sought after in the industry. At BP, you’ll join our Geoscientists and be heavily involved in everything from exploration and appraisal, development to production for both conventional and unconventional gas (Coal Bed Methane).
    Building hands-on experience and skills with each step of every project, you will soon be adept at assessing hydrocarbon potential, planning, acquiring, processing and evaluating seismic, well and rock data. Your base for this will be a strong academic record (GPA of at least 3.25 in a 4.0 scale) in geoscience, geophysics, geology, earth sciences or physics.

    Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering

    From exploration to production, our Petroleum and Reservoir Engineers play a crucial role in BP’s field operation success. For the past 15 years, BP has identified more new reserves of oil and gas per year than have been produced, so we’re now keen to push technological boundaries to balance the excellent discovery track record with improved hydrocarbon recovery. As a Reservoir or Petroleum Engineer, you will be essential to ensure we do just that.
    As a reservoir engineer, you will focus on understanding the state of hydrocarbon fluids in the rock and how they can be economically recovered through well placement and improved recovery techniques. As a petroleum engineer, you will use surveillance data from various sources to plan and carry out interventions in the wells, to maintain or enhance production of hydrocarbons throughout the life of the field. A strong academic record (GPA of at least 3.25 in a 4.0 scale) in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, earth sciences, mathematics, or related subjects in addition to your drive for continuous improvement is essential.

    Finance

    Finance within BP is accountable for accounting, reporting & control, planning and performance management, commercial operations, and business development.
    What does it take? You will need to have a strong academic record, Bachelor degree or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics from a fully accredited university, a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0 scale and want to make a difference through your work by applying your expertise, creativity and commercial acumen.

    HSE Engineering

    The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) role provides dynamic HSE support to the business. The role works with a fully integrated team of HSE Professionals and Technical Specialists to ensure alignment with BP Group Standards, Regulatory and Statutory requirements and other best practices, to ensure risk is systematically and proactively managed.
    The HSE graduate provides coaching and assurance that HSE Management Systems are working effectively. The role calls for deep engagement with all areas of the business and a professional approach to ensuring that BP continues to remain committed to the safety and development of our people and the communities and societies in which we operate. Our HSE policy is no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment.
    In order to be eligible for this role your degree must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, K3, or Project Management with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0.

    Environmental Engineering

    As one of our Environmental specialists - and part of a vital cross-business, global discipline - you’ll help us ensure the safety of our sites, the well-being of our people and our controlled impact on the environment – all absolutely fundamental to our work.
    Your input will be asked for in BP projects, from the setting of high-level policy to helping all sites, at all stages of their lifecycle. To make the most of this area’s opportunities and varied on-the-job placements, you’ll need to show a willingness to learn and a passion to excel. We look for a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0 scale in disciplines from Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, K3 or Project Management with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0.

    Drilling & Completions Engineering

    The Wells Engineer is responsible for engineering activity covering the planning, program preparation and execution of Wells operation (such as drilling, completion, work over, well integrity & intervention) within the wells team.
    As part of Wells team, you will deliver engineering design, program preparation and operational support on new and existing wells. You are expecting to work with multidisciplinary teams (such as Reservoir engineer, geologists and geoscientists etc), to ensure engineering and programs are prepared to meet and support Company baseline and growth agenda (more specifically the forward rig schedule) Wells engineers in BP are automatically enrolled in a structure development program called “E&P Excellence program” to ensure they get the experience and training needed to become a fully competent Senior Wells Engineer.
    In BP Asia Pacific, Wells Engineers could be employed and involved ranges from land, swamp, offshore (shelf and deepwater) Wells (Drilling, Completion, Work over, Well Integrity & Intervention) activities operating by Company or our Joint venture Business Unit.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Plan and execute Wells operations with no harm to people or environment
    • Liaise with sub-surface & developments team to ensure well design is compliance with COMPANY Standard and policies, fit for purpose, and meets project objectives.
    • Prepare Wells programs, including Casing design, directional planning, engineering modeling, risks assessment, equipment specification and selection and cost estimates.
    • Monitor ongoing operations to ensure an efficient operation.
    • Review Wells operations to document key learning and analyze performance.
    • Maximize Wells performance through the continuous improvement process and appropriate application of new technologies.
