Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to oversee:

• Call handling from policy holder
• Provide solutions and response to any inquiry by policy holder
• Complaint handling, and if necessary, performing follow-up.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree  from any any field of studies.
• Good in self confidence and able to communicate effectively.
• Good in writing and speaking for both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Third Party Working Contract will be applied for the position.
