1. Secretary-General (SU)
2. Administration Staff (SA)
3. Political Affairs Staff (SPO)
4. Staff Field Protocol (SPR)
5. Receptionist (Res)
6. Staff mailing (Kur)
7. Operational Driver (DRV)
Requirements
- Male / Female max. 35 yrs
- Mastering English
- Education min D-3 (no. 1 to 5), high school or equivalent (No. 6 s / d 7)
- Have basic knowledge of ASEAN
- Mastering Office applications (No. 1 through 5) and accounting applications (No. 2)
- Mastering the protocol, immigration procedures, and travel documentation (No. 4)
- Have basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, driver’s license A (No. 7), SIM C and the vehicle itself (No. 6)
