Branch Services - Teller

Responsibilities:

• Performing daily cash transactions
• Initiate transaction order from customers (internal transfer, deposit booking, checkbook ordering, etc.)
• Handle customer simple inquiries
• Assist in the overall departmental process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 years of banking experience, preferably in operations or cash management area.
• Diploma or University graduate.
• Proficient in English
• Good banking & product knowledge i.e. trade, cash and electronic banking.
• Good diction and voice manners.
• Ability to work under pressure.
