We employ around 40,000 people across two separate operating companies: India, Malaysia and Offshore Oil and Gas; and the Al Habtoor Leighton Group, which operates in the Middle East and North Africa. Presently, we are particularly interested in recruiting for a range of mining roles at our project at North Sumatra :
Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a fast growing company that has been operating in Indonesia for over 30 years. Our organization works both civil construction and mining. Currently, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position below, which will be located in North Sumatra:
1. Training Supervisor – Heavy Equipment (Maintenance)
2. Training Supervisor – Heavy Equipment (Operation)
3. Mining Supervisor
4. Workshop Supervisor
5. Planner (Plant)
6. Surveyor

General requirements:
1. Candidate should have at least Diploma III or equivalent majoring in related field.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in the same role, preferably in mining company
3. Having Train for Trainer certificate for Training Supervisor
4. Having good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
