3. Minimum Education High School / equivalent with an average value of a diploma at least 7 (preferably having education D1/D2/D3)

2. Customer Service Officer (CSO):

1. Citizen, female, not married

2. Maximum age 24 years (not to repeat the year to 25 per date of January 1, 2010)

3. Minimum D3 any major, GPA min. 2.75 (4.00 scale)

3. Business Process Staff (CBS):

1. WNI, Men & Women, not married

2. Maximum age 24 years (not to repeat the year to 25 per date of January 1, 2010)

3. Minimum D3 any major, GPA min. 3.00 (4.00 scale)

4. Secretary (SKR):

1. Citizen, female, not married

2. Maximum age 24 years (not to repeat the year to 25 per date of January 1, 2010)

3. Education D3 (preferably from the department secretary and public relations), IPK min. 2.75 (4.00 scale)
