CALL CENTRE OFFICER (CCO)
Thr main responsibility is to handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.
Qualification:
- University graduate / S1 from any major or Diploma / D3 (with 1 year working experience)
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to work shift schedule
- Highly motivated and has good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
- Team focused with a flexible attitude
