Subcontracts Administrator
(Toa Payoh)

Responsibilities:

• Source for, evaluates, negotiates and executes Subcontracts including ensuring that subcontracting activities are performed in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
• Administers and manages Change Orders and its proper documentation.
• Supports the resolution of Claims and disputes.
• Assists in the updating of cost forecasts input and monitors risk to project including regular reporting.
• Any other tasks as and when as indirect by Project Subcontracts Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or Business related.
• Applicant must have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Subcontracts or Procurement. Preferably in Offshore.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
