Responsibilities:
Operational Jobs
- Handle Direct customers and travel agents enquiries
- Work together with AM Direct Sales to reduce lost call rate as well as monitor, analyze and report the incoming calls performance weekly to direct appraiser
- Work together with AM Direct Sales to increase direct sales performance
- Work together with AM Direct Sales to minimize controllable expenses (telephone, overtime, taxi) as well as CRS related issues
- Act as a role model for the team members in providing excellent SSFTH to passenger and travel agent and ensure that team always deliver CX-standard service (ACP-Approachable, Courteous, Professional) to customers
- Report, communicate, share necessary information and discuss all work-related problems with AM Direct Sales on daily basis
- Controls, manages and oversees the flight load and capacity and daily pre-flight check
- Take initiative, role and lead the team in handling E&A-related situation, e.g. flight disruption
- Special job requirement mentioned on monthly roster
- Other duties as required by direct or indirect appraiser.
Staff-related Matters
- Monitor staff performance and discuss with AM Direct Sales for any input
- Check and decide if staff need overtime work
- Staff assessment and appraisal on a regular basis
- Built a good team work with all staff and AM Direct Sales
- Built a good relationship with all other departments
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
