Reporting to the Head of Support Service, you will ensure billing statements, card distributions and special projects are managed and delivered on time. The position holder will process and distribute credit cards within 5BD for Jabotabek and 7BD for outside Jabotabek.
Additionally, you will coach and train junior staff and clarify queries. You will also handle all customer complaints and resolve them, thereby ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
We require a candidate with experience in detail procedure of Courier Company, experience in managing external parties and good knowledge of front / back office processes and procedures. Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer programs will be required to excel in this role. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred.
