Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible to support customer’s queries on all Cash Management products, in particular electronic services, e.g. HSBCnet, HSBC connect, e-Tax plus, virtual account, cheque outsourcing and lockbox, etc, in an effective, efficient and timely manner. The job holder will also be responsible in daily operational duties in managing his/her account-portfolio, understand the account management not only in resolving client issues, but also proactively maintaining client relationship in order to spot deep sell opportunity and ultimately increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
