Job Vacancy Commonwealth Bank For Cash Managing unit

Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions for its expanding banking operation.

 

CASH MANAGEMENT UNIT HEAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationship between other Banks in Bali (for ATM replenishment purpose) and Jakarta region in order managing long or short cash in Bank.
• Have a good analytical skill include forecasting to increase the capacity for the bank in acquiring cash and send out the cash in the market and also for internal and BI reporting.
• Acting as contact point for Bank Indonesia and vendor regarding cash management.
• Coordinate all branch (Head Teller/Teller) in managing long or short cash in branch.
• Processing and managing vendor for ATM replenishment activities in any offsite Bali ATM.
• Ensure cash availability in any offsite branch ATM and monitoring cash in any ATM for transaction.
• Expect to manage several staffs effectively including the skill to be able to manage remotely.
• Gathering reconciliation report from branch and process vendor invoice.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university 
• Minimum 2 (two) years of managerial role and 2 (two) years of banking experience, especially in the area of retail banking (desirable)
• Proactive, full of initiative and capable to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and excellent administration skills
• Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English
