TEAM LEADER WHOLESALE AUTOMOTIVE (TLWA)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Managing multi finance company specialize in automotive business in line with business target.
• Review infrastructure of Multi Finance Company by doing jointly Due Diligence Process as part of the business process.
• Provide proposal for Multi Finance Company Credit Line
• Maintains relationships with clients and monitoring quality of portfolio booked.
• Comply with Bank’s compliance policy
• Ensure that all operational risks are highlighted, collated and resolution sought, in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, major in Economic preferred
• Must have minimum 2 – 3 years experience in handling multi finance business.
• Level of leadership expected from this position as a team leader
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills
• Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
• PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
