Responsibilities:
- To develop a sound technical knowledge of the affected business areas and the effect of the requested changes.
- To liaise with business managers and low-level users to understand business requirements and proposed good technical solution across affected business areas that are impacted by a project.
- To understand, document and prioritize business requirements across affected business areas to support a project.
- To work with business owners and delivery work streams to develop optimal solutions.
- To develop complete and accurate architecture models including process, data and organization
- Technical requirements document describing the project's objectives, what solution is required and listing the technical requirements for each business area prioritised into mandatory, desirable and optional categories. Desirable and Optional requirements will have an associated business case which will allow the project sponsor to make informed decisions about delivery of the project.
- Detailed requirements that enable the chosen solution to be developed and tested with minimal analysis support.
- Technical Acceptance test plans.
- Technical models incorporating process and data models
- Weekly reports will be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Maximum age 30 y.o
- Having experience in banking industry or consulting
- Having experience in CRM/ analytical/ business intelligence project
- Good knowledge of project environment and management
- Leadership in managing team
- Good communication skill
- Competence to build strategic working relationship
